Returns Policy & Replacements

Returns, Refunds and Faulty Items. 

Our returns policy is very different to what you normally see.

Let me explain....

To complete your return, just email me inside of 30 days, so we can arrange it.
WE Will send you a pre-paid return label to print and place on the return package.  

Our standard policy lasts 30 days. Even if more a little more than 30 days have gone by since your purchase, and you are unhappy with the item, just message me. 

Please contact us before returning your item(s)

Once your return is received, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days. You will receive an email to confirm this has been done. 

Late or missing refunds:
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Item hasn't arrived in the post yet. 

Sometimes things go missing with Royal Mail. Not often thank goodness, but it can happen. I use first class post as standard which is not trackable.

BUT if you're item has not arrived within 14 days of shipping, we must assume its gone missing.
I WILL SEND YOU A REPLACEMENT ITEM FREE OF CHARGE. I trust people to be honest and until proven wrong, I will always continue to do this. 

Exchanges for faulty items up to 12 months from purchase date. 

We are happy to replace items if they are defective or damaged or come undone. Please EMAIL ME a photo of the faulty item so I can check if it can be rectified by you quickly with our guidance or if we need to send you a new replacement free of charge. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at to make the arrangements with me. 

Return Shipping

Please email us before sending any items back. 
We will email you a pre-paid return label for you to print and place on the return package. This means WE PAY FOR THE RETURN. 

If it is a faulty item that need replacing, I will ship the replacement item to you with an stamped addressed envelope inside for you to return the faulty item hassle free. 

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an items over £50, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. AGAIN WE WILL REFUND THE SHIPPING COST. ALL WE ASK IS THAT THE PRICE IS AGREED BEFORE YOU SHIP.
